| Comments: | We have been coming to this area for years and have been on several other trail rides. Up and down the mountain side in the trees, you just can't see much of anything. This year we stopped @ French Broad and rode off with Spencer on a senic ride along the river, down an old rail bed and up to a beautiful field overlooking the valley. The most enjoyable ride ever!! All rolling hills no vertical climbs. It was the best ride we have EVER been on. Spencer was so pleasant and made the ride even more fun! We will definately be back to French Broad the next time we are in the area. Much fun!!!!! |

| Comments: | We came expecting the usual ride along trail 11/06/2011 Sunday, we were the last ride. Our guide, Kim, was fantastic and friendly! We rode a half hour ride and honestly we want more! HAHA!My daughter got a painted horseshoe that we hung immediately when we got home and she talks about it everyday!She has never been on a horse in her life and Kim took so much care! I myself had been on many of the trail rides through Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and French Broad was the best! We will be coming back! I am bringing my son for the next ride. But for sure we will make it a point that when we come out that way to visit we are going to French Broad Riding Stables everytime! Loved it so much we want to make it tradition! Thank you to everyone there for making it so special! |
